What we believe:
Vision: To ensure that all students learn.
Mission: We expect all students to learn at high levels. We will work collaboratively with colleagues, students, and parents to challenge and support all individuals to achieve success and be prepared for all post-high school opportunities, college, and work.
What we will do:
To ensure that all students learn the Fall Creek School District will:
1. Assess all students multiple times and in multiple formats.
2. Examine student data against a set of guidelines called decision rules.
3. Provide students extra time, resources, and practice through classroom differentiation and intervention programs.
4. Track student progress.
Response to Intervention Definition:
Response to Intervention (RTI) is the practice of providing high-quality instruction and intervention matched to student need, monitoring progress frequently to make decisions about change in instruction and goals, and applying the student's response data to important educational decisions.
The primary focus of the RTI is designed as an early intervention to prevent long term academic failure.
