I graduated from UW Stout with an Early Childhood degree in 2003. After graduating I taught kindergarten in Waumandee, WI at St. Boniface Catholic School for 4 years. I then took the preschool position at Little Lambs here in Fall Creek. I was fortunate to be a part of the start up of our quality 4K program December 2011 and am so excited to continue to make a difference in children’s lives in our community. I teach a morning section from 8-11 and an afternoon section from 12-3. I have a passion for children and enjoy watching them learn everyday.
I have been married just over five years to my wonderful husband Jace. We have a two year old son named Jack who keeps us very busy and we are expecting our second little boy in January 2016. Together we enjoy fishing, biking, and just hanging out in our own backyard. On my own time I love scrapbooking, cooking, and gardening.
The philosophy behind our curriculum, in 4K, is that children learn best by doing. Children explore the world around them by using all thier senses (touching, tasting, listening, smelling, and looking). Our curriculum addresses all areas of development such as social-emotional, physical, language, cognitive, literacy, mathematics, science and technology, social studies, and the arts.
