In the fall of 2022 I will be teaching General Music for 4K through 5th grade.
My husband, David, and I have two beautiful girls. Megan is working on a degree in Psychology at UW-Stout and currently works at Lotus Spa in Eau Claire. Madelyn will be a sophomore at UWEC in the fall of 2022. She is studying biology/pre-med.
Since 2007, my family and I have been the host family for an international student from China. Her name is Kathy Du. She graduated from Regis High School in 2008 and UW-Madison in 2012. In Madison, she earned a Business Degree in Actuary Science. She completed her Master's Degree in Financial Analysis and Risk Management at Temple University in Philadelphia, PA. Kathy is married to Steve and they have a 3 1/2 year old named "Emilia." So, my husband and I are "honorary" American grandparents! They are expected their second child in November. We love our "Chinese family" and visit them in Philadelphia as often as we are able.
We had a sweet, little lap dog named "Charlie". He was a "Shitzupoo" (part Shitzu and part Poodle).He was born April 1, 2005. He recently went "over the rainbow bridge." (August 18, 2022) He was 17 years old and was very loved!
We also have "Lulu" who is a "Chorkie" (part Chihuahua and part Yorkie). She was born in 2018 and is the silliest, sweetest doggie you could ever meet.
