Business & Information Technology Department
The primary mission of Business & Information Technology is to teach students about business and prepare them for business occupations. Technology is essential to every business, even those that aren’t considered “technology” companies. If you want to compete in today’s business world, it’s important to keep up with technology in order to get the most out of it. Through my courses at Fall Creek, students learn to integrate technology into their work and lives smoothly and efficiently.
My name is Charles Fitch and I am in my 23nd year of teaching students in grades 8th through 12th in the Fall Creek Schools. After high school I attended UW-Whitewater and earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a major in Finance and a Master of Science degree in Business Education. I have taken additional coursework in recent years from UW-Eau Claire, NorthCentral Technical College, and Fresno Pacific University that has allowed me to keep me up to date with technology.
My technology courses at Fall Creek utilize industry standard software programs such as Microsoft Office, (Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Access) and the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, Dreamweaver, Premiere, Encore, Soundbooth, After Effects) along with web based software such as Google Docs and Prezi. I also am involved with two co-curricular activities, yearbook and coaching 7th grade basketball.
