The above is a general outline of what is accomplished in the Spanish III class. The students also do projects, study holidays, create crafts, make recipes, and participate in many other activities that may occur throughout the year. These students read a student version of Don Quijote, put on a play, e-mail Spanish-speaking students, teach in the elementary classes, and spend time conversing. Less emphasis is given to the book and more to communication and exploration of culture.
